Emergency LED tubes are common emergency lights, which are mainly used for emergency lighting in special situations, such as power outages and abnormal situations. Benwei Lighting has extensive experience in manufacturing emergency lights.
Three types of emergency LED tubes
1. Emergency led tube with built-in power supply
We have reduced the size of the battery and inverter, all of which are built into the inside of the lamp, and there is no external connection cable, which looks neat and simple. Even people who don’t understand circuit diagrams can use it. It is just like an ordinary lamp, except that there are labels on the shell, emergency led lamp, emergency time, lighting power, emergency power, voltage range and other parameters.
2. Use emergency LED tube with external power supply
Mainly composed of two parts
One part is inverter + battery + tin box, the main purpose is to make it into one, no longer looks too messy. The iron box is white, and there are wiring terminals at the output end of the iron box for your wiring.
The other part is the led tube, which is an ordinary 110v or 220v AC voltage led fluorescent tube
3. Low voltage 24v, 36v emergency led tube
Its basic structure is the same as point 2. Only the wiring method is different. At the same time, it must be a low-voltage 24v, 36v led tube to work.
How to choose three kinds of emergency LED tubes?
Case 1, from the perspective of low cost. The price of emergency LED tube with built-in battery is relatively low. The power of emergency led tube is 4-5w, and the emergency time is more than 90 minutes, which is sufficient for ordinary emergency environment.
Case 2, Regardless of cost, full power emergency is required, which is suitable for more advanced occasions. Using external power supply, the volume is relatively large, the power can be used as a single 18w, instead of 36w fluorescent lamp for emergency; double 2*18w, instead of 2*36w fluorescent lamp for emergency. It can be seen that the emergency power of LED lamps is cut by half whether single or double emergency power. Therefore, the total cost of emergency using LED tubes is lower than that of using fluorescent lights. More cost-effective. Because the battery capacity is larger, the cost of the emergency lamp will rise.
Case 3, that is, low-voltage 24v, 36v emergency led lights. This is a safe voltage emergency. Similar to case two, but the wiring diagram is different
