How to install the ceiling light?

Ceiling lights are generally installed on the upper ceiling of the room. The installation height requirements are generally between 2.2m and 3m, and at least not less than 2m. For spaces with lower floor heights, thinner lamps can be selected; and for For spaces with higher floor heights, cylindrical lamps with a certain height should be selected. For some rooms with a large area, you can also choose a unified and changed ceiling lighting design and combination, which will produce a new light environment artistic effect.

1. Turn off the power. Turn off all lighting power supplies, keep the socket power supply, and be sure to use an electric pen to test before installation to ensure that the lighting power supply is really out of power before starting construction.

2. Unpack and remove the lampshade. The lamps I bought are NVC and OP, one is the rotating lampshade, the other is the slot type, just open it.

3. Remove the lamp tube.

4. Use the chassis to make a mark on the roof drill hole.

5. Drill a hole and lower the expansion rubber plug.

6. Pass the wires through the chassis, and then fix the chassis with screws.

7. Wiring.

8. Install the lamp tube and the lampshade.

Precautions for ceiling lamp installation:

1. When installing a ceiling lamp in a masonry structure, use embedded bolts, or fix it with expansion bolts, nylon plugs or plastic plugs; wooden wedges should not be used. And the load-bearing capacity of the above-mentioned fixing parts should match the weight of the ceiling lamp. To ensure that the ceiling lamp is firmly fixed and reliable, and can extend its service life.

2. When using expansion bolts to fix, the bolt specifications should be selected according to the technical requirements of the product, and the drilling diameter and embedding depth must be consistent with the bolt specifications.

3. The number of bolts for fixing the lamp holder should not be less than the number of fixing holes on the base of the lamp, and the diameter of the bolts should match the hole diameter; lamps without fixed mounting holes on the base (punch holes during installation), each lamp is used for fixing The number of bolts or screws should not be less than two, and the center of gravity of the lamp must be consistent with the center of gravity of the bolts or screws; only when the diameter of the insulating table is 75mm or less, one bolt or screw can be used for fixing.

4. Ceiling lights cannot be directly installed on combustible objects. Some families use painted three-ply plates to line the back of the ceiling lights for aesthetics. In fact, this is very dangerous and heat insulation measures must be taken; if the high temperature part of the surface of the lamp is close to flammable Heat insulation or heat dissipation measures should also be taken when storing objects.

5. Before installing the ceiling lamp, check: ① The cross section of the wire core leading to each lamp, the copper core cord is not less than 0.4mm2, and the copper core is not less than 0.5mm2, otherwise the lead must be replaced. ②The connection between the wire and the lamp cap, and the connection of the parallel wire between the lamp caps should be firm, and the electrical contact should be good, so as to avoid the occurrence of sparks between the wire and the terminal due to poor contact, which may cause danger.

6. If the screw cap is used in the ceiling lamp, pay attention to the following two points in its wiring: ①The phase line should be connected to the terminal of the center contact, and the neutral line should be connected to the threaded terminal; ②The insulation of the lamp cap There should be no damage or leakage of the shell to prevent electric shock when replacing the bulb.

7. For ceiling lamps equipped with incandescent bulbs, the bulb should not be close to the lampshade; the power of the bulb should also be selected according to the product's technical requirements, and should not be too high to prevent the bulb from overheating, and the glass cover is broken and splashed down and hurting people.

8. The two wires connected to the ceiling lamp power inlet should be in good electrical contact. They should be wrapped with black tape and kept at a certain distance. If possible, try not to put the two wires under the same piece of metal. So as to avoid short-circuit and danger.

9. Teach children not to throw balloons and other objects at the lamps indoors, so as to avoid the decorations hanging on the lamps falling and hurting people or affecting the decorative effect of the lamps.
