How to replace ordinary fluorescent lamps with led tubes?

 

    Now LED tubes are basically built-in power supplies, so they basically replace the original fluorescent lamps, and the traditional fluorescent lamps are divided into two types: inductive fluorescent lamps and electronic fluorescent lamps. Let’s introduce the replacement methods of these two different lamps.

    1. Inductive fluorescent lamps: Basically, anyone with a little knowledge of electrical engineering knows that traditional fluorescent lamps have: bracket, ballast, starter, fluorescent tube, these four components, and only need to change to LED tube Unplug the starter and the replaced LED tube can be used normally. However, if you want to maximize power saving, you need to short-circuit and remove the ballast inside the bracket. The reason for this is that the ballast will continue to work if it is not removed, which will cause unnecessary waste of electrical energy.

    2. Electronic fluorescent lamps: The transformation of electronic lamps is relatively troublesome, because the working mode of electronic lamps is completely different from that of ballasts, so when using this type of lamps, the electronic ballast in the bracket must be used. The device is completely short-circuited, so that the LED tube can be used normally.

The following points must be paid attention to when disassembling and installing:

1. The LED tube and accessories can not bear too much pressure, please keep them well.

2. When installing, it must be installed by an electrician or a person familiar with the circuit to avoid the risk of electric shock.

3. If the LED tube is deformed or damaged, please contact the manufacturer in time and replace it.

4. It is necessary to disconnect the power main gate when the LED tube is reformed to ensure personal safety.

5. Please install the LED tube indoors, and pay attention to rainwater when outdoors.

6. The LED tube is not suitable for use in high humidity and high tide environment, otherwise its life will be easily affected.
