1. During installation, ensure that the basic data recorded on the product label meets the actual use conditions.
2. During installation, the cable or wire should flow into the terminal through the input device, and then the metal compression nut or explosion-proof cable should be used to fix the sealing connector (compress the rubber seal with cable release device onto the cable seal, and pay attention to match the outer diameter of the cable with the receiving device in use).
3. Before using the product, check whether each component is correctly installed, wired and sealed.
4. The internal and external grounding of the product shall be stably grounded.
5. In order to ensure the safety of the operator and the site, it is strictly prohibited to use electricity for opening and closing.
6. During installation and maintenance, cut off the front power supply. After opening the cover, confirm that all components are intact. Damaged components should be replaced in time.
7. During installation and maintenance, the seal must be completely attached to the groove, the explosion-proof joint surface must be evenly coated with 204-1 anti rust oil, and all fastening screws must be tightened.
8. During maintenance, rubber seals, rubber seals and circles with the same material and hardness as those specified in the technical specifications shall be replaced immediately (or rubber seals and circles with the same material and hardness as those specified in the technical specifications shall be replaced in the manufacturer (or ordered from the manufacturer) to avoid affecting the explosion-proof and protective performance of the product.
9. When repairing the product, the replacement of metal parts must pay attention to the selection of materials to ensure the anti-corrosion performance of the product.
10. In order to ensure the normal operation of the product, the user must check regularly according to the following provisions:
1) External inspection and cleaning (such as peeling or rusting of paint layer on metal shell and parts, application of anti rust paint after wiping with gauze, etc.).
