Finally, we tried to process a reflector with German An aluminum (material reflectivity of 85%), and the illuminance of the work surface has increased, roughly at 700LX is a little more, and it is calculated that the improvement rate is about 35% (later we can improve it by 40% through repeated improvements).

   Therefore, conventionally, T8 and T5 emit 360 degrees. The use of high-efficiency reflectors can greatly improve the efficiency of the light source. LED fluorescent lamps generally have a light-emitting angle of about 120 degrees. In an environment that does not require high top lighting, Is it possible to use secondary light distribution and use high-efficiency reflectors to increase the efficiency of the light source (about 40%.


    The answer is no, not cost-effective. In this case, it is only effective to increase the power of the led tube. After all, the LED fluorescent lamp only emits half of the light, so it doesn't make much sense to equip it with a reflector.


At the same time, improve the overall lighting effect, and the illuminance value will increase faster. How to improve it?


The first method is to increase the power and pay attention to protecting the LED lamp beads. The maximum current of the lamp beads must be considered. It cannot be used all, and there must be room for it, otherwise it will affect the service life of the lamp beads.


Method two, increase the light transmittance, the light transmittance of the PC cover can be increased. However, if it is too high, it may affect the aesthetics, you will see the LED lamp beads, and the light expansion ability is reduced.


The third method is to change the light string, that is, to increase the number of LED lamp beads, but it must be designed well.After all, after the LED lamp beads increase, the cost of the whole lamp will increase faster.


The fourth method is to use a non-isolated power supply, which has high conversion efficiency and low cost, which is more cost-effective.
