Lighting principle of LED panel light
The light-emitting principle of LED panel light is completely different from that of other lamps. The light-emitting of LED panel light is generated by the recombination of electrons and holes. Many people may not know the light-emitting principle of the panel light. The following editor will briefly talk about the light-emitting principle of the panel light.
1. Three schemes of driving power supply:
Isolation power supply: The performance of this solution is relatively good, the safety and the constant current performance of the IC are better, but the cost is higher.
Non-isolated power supply: The cost of this solution is moderate, and the IC constant current is also used, but there will be a safety hazard of breakdown and leakage, so the external result of the lamp must be an insulator.
Resistance-capacitance step-down: This scheme is the least cost, the simplest method, and the least constant current scheme among the three schemes. Therefore, the cost is relatively low, and it is mainly suitable for the configuration of lamps below 3w. There is also a safety hazard of breakdown and leakage, and a better insulating shell is required.
2. LED light source commonly used in LED panel lights
Because the LED light source has the characteristics of small size, high luminous efficiency, good power, easy light control and heat dissipation, the light source of LED panel lights has changed from the earliest 3528 to the mainstream product SMD4014 lamp beads.
4014 lamp bead parameters:
