1. After opening the cover, check whether the explosion-proof joint is complete, whether the rubber sealing ring is hard or sticky, whether the wire insulation layer is green and carbonized, and whether the insulation and electrical components are deformed and burned. It can provide safe and reliable mobile lighting for flammable and explosive places such as fire fighting, electric power, industrial and mining enterprises. If these problems are found, they must be repaired and replaced in time.
2. Before closing the lampshade, wipe the part of the lamp tube and the transparent part of the lamp tube with a damp cloth (not too wet) to improve the light effect of the lamp tube. The surface of the explosion-proof joint should be thinly coated with 20 4 -1 to replace the anti-rust oil. When sealing the cover, pay attention to whether the sealing ring is in the original position.
3. Do not disassemble or open the sealing part of the lamp frequently.
4. Regularly remove dust and dirt on the shell of explosion-proof lamps to improve the light efficiency and heat dissipation performance of lamps. Depending on the protective ability of the lamp housing, the cleaning method can be sprayed with water (marked on the top of the lampshade) or wiped with a damp cloth. The power supply must be cut off when watering, and it is strictly forbidden to wipe the plastic casing (transparent part) of the lamp with a dry cloth to prevent static electricity.
5. Check whether the transparent part is affected by foreign objects, whether the protective net is loose, whether the solder is peeling off, and whether there is corrosion. In this case, it must be stopped, repaired and replaced in time.
6. If the light source is damaged, the LED breeding light must be turned off in time and notified to replace it, so as to avoid the abnormality of electrical components such as ballasts due to light source failure for a long time.
7. If there is water in the lamp cavity of the lamp used in the humid environment, the seal must be removed and replaced in time to ensure the protection performance of the shell.
