First, let's talk about the working principle of led tube. In fact, any kind of electrical appliance is the conversion of energy and function. The led tube converts electrical energy into light energy.
Because the LED tube has high conversion efficiency, it saves energy. The structure is simple, roughly composed of three parts. One part is the light-emitting part. It is composed of led lamp beads and aluminum substrate. Note that lamp beads and aluminum substrate should be used well. One part is the heat dissipation part, the aluminum casing. Aluminum has a high heat dissipation coefficient, which facilitates heat dissipation. One part is the power supply, which provides the power supply for the led lamp beads. It is necessary to convert the high-voltage power supply into low voltage, and the low voltage into high voltage. In short, one purpose is to provide the voltage required by the led lamp beads so that the led lamp beads work within the specified safe voltage. .
Based on the above principle, it is easy to repair when the LED tube fails. Generally, the problem is the power supply and the light board. The situations where the power supply is prone to problems are:
1. Flashing, it may be that the electrolytic capacitor is broken or released
The voltage is too low, check whether the input voltage is too low. Usually there are wide voltage 85-265v and narrow voltage 180-250 points. If the input voltage is correct, the power supply needs to be replaced.
2. Regarding the led light board, usually led light beads
The service life is relatively long. If you use cheap lamp beads, you will find more problems. Such as individual lamp beads are not bright, slightly bright, poor contact, seem to be bright but not bright. This requires replacement of the lamp beads. There are methods for replacement, one is to use a hot air cylinder to remove the lamp beads, and the other is to use a tin furnace to remove the lamp beads. Then just replace it with a good lamp bead.
Maintenance note: Before maintenance, the power supply must be checked, and the voltage fault must be eliminated first, so as to reduce misjudgments. Then check the lamp beads.
