Optical design of led luminaire design
1. As general lighting and auxiliary lighting, led lamps generally do not have very strict optical requirements. The light type of most LED lamp beads can meet the optical requirements, so there is no need to specialize in the optical design of LED lamps. Changing the direction of the LED light, like street lights and spotlights, requires a lens to achieve the desired light-emitting angle. The optical design is to reflect the light in the light source cavity as much as possible, and at the same time make the light spot on the light emitting surface uniform.
2. For the design of LED lamps using low-power LEDs, when arranging the positions of the LEDs, increase the area of the LEDs as much as possible and arrange them evenly. The heat source is relatively dispersed to facilitate heat dissipation, which can make the light pattern of the entire lamp uniform. The light spot on the light-emitting surface of the mask can basically achieve a uniform effect. Therefore, as far as possible, choose a material with high light transmittance as the light transmittance. At the same time, in order to improve the light output efficiency of the whole lamp, reflect as much light as possible from the LED to the outside of the lamp.
Choose high-power 1~3W LED as the light source of led lamps, and its optical structure design is basically the same as that of the above two light sources
