1 Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements of road light poles.
This standard is used in the production, experimental methods and inspection rules of light poles.

3 Product Classification
Light pole series products are divided into two types: cone pole and straight pole
4 Technical reference requirements for light poles
1. The main rod adopts one-time forming, the welding seam of the steel rod (Q235) must be flat and smooth, and the welding seam
The flatness error between the raised part and the rod body should not be greater than ±1mm. The lamp pole welding method is automatic sub-arc welding, and the color flaw detection inspection meets the requirements of the welding international GB/T3323-1989111 standard. The lamp pole socketing method is fixed by nails and top wires.
2. The anti-corrosion treatment of the light pole is hot-dip galvanizing. The surface of the galvanized layer is smooth and beautiful, with consistent gloss. No wrinkles, dropouts, zinc tumors, peeling, spots, yin and yang defects, the thickness of the zinc layer is more than 85um, the adhesion of the galvanized layer should meet the GB2694-98 standard, to ensure that the color will not fade for 8 years, and the light pole is wind-resistant The capacity is designed at 36.9 m/s. The anti-corrosion life of the pole is more than 20 years.
3. The thickness of the surface of the light pole is sprayed ≧100um, the adhesion reaches GB9286-880, the surface is smooth: the hardness is ≧2H, the outdoor weather-resistant material is used, and the sprayed material is all polyester powder.
4. Light pole technology and acceptance standards are implemented in accordance with national standards. Design factor 1.8. The design life of the light pole is more than 20 years.
5. The design of the light pole should be convenient for the wire to pass through, and the hand hole door adopts the form of backpack door. The pole door must be flat and smooth, and the leveling error with the pole should not be greater than ±1mm. The same pole door and door have good interchangeability, and meet the requirements of anti-theft and rain-proof. After the pole door is cut, it is partially strengthened, which basically reaches the strength of the original integral pole.

6 Technical test standards for light poles:
1. Adhesion test, the cross mark is stuck vertically 12 times with special adhesive tape without peeling off.
2. Galvanized layer thickness test: 30 points can be selected, and the arithmetic average value is greater than 86um.
3. Salt spray resistance test: 5% Nacl, 35°C, 96 hours without yellow rust.
4. The thickness uniformity test of the galvanized layer, the copper sulfate dipping method test 6 times without copper hanging phenomenon.
7 Technical parameters of light pole all-polyester plastic powder:
1. State in the container: uniform color, loose and no lumps
2. Residue on sieve (88um%): <0.5
3. Curing conditions: 180-200±2 °C for 10-20 minutes
4. Appearance: flat and smooth, allowing slight anti-orange peel
