T8 LED tube test indicators

T8 LED tube test indicators

Under the nominal rated power supply voltage and rated pitch rate, normally open and maintain ignition point

Rated input voltage 220V. 50Hz, starting voltage range AC 85-265V or AC 100-240V. 277v-347v, 347v-380v no temperature difference, the current is too large or too small, the PF value is small, the light is off, the light is slightly bright and Undesirable phenomena such as flashing lights

When working under the nominal rated power supply voltage and rated frequency, the difference between the actual power consumption and the rated power should not exceed 10%

Rated input voltage AC 220V. 50Hz, start T8led lamp voltage range: AC 100-240V (TUV standard) and AC 100-277V (UL standard)

The input power of the whole lamp cannot exceed ±10% of the nominal power

T8led tube color temperature, rated correlated color temperature <3500K, initial luminous efficiency not less than 951m/W

Rated correlation 3500K <rated correlation color temperature <6500K, the initial luminous efficiency is not less than 1051m/W T8led lamp color rendering index

Color rendering index Ra>80, R9>0

Electromagnetic compatibility EMC (conduction and radiation test) meets the requirements of national standards, such as national standards GB 17625. 1-2012, GB 17743-2007

The insulation resistance between the lamp holder shell and the lamp holder pins of the finished lamp tube is ≥20MΩ

Under the specified working conditions, with 30s on and 30s off as a cycle, it can pass 500 normal switching tests and still work normally

When the lamp is fired to 3000h, its luminous flux maintenance rate should not be less than 96%, and when the lamp is fired to 6000h, its luminous flux maintenance rate should not be less than 92%.
