The mainstream practice in the LED industry is that after packaging LED chips to form a light source or a light source module, the light distribution is carried out when the lamps are made. The same lamp with such a light source does not need to be light distribution, and the relative power of the lamp will be greatly improved, making it more widely used in functional lighting, forming a large-scale shopping mall. Thermal Properties (Construction):


The luminous power and power supply of LEDs for lighting are one of the key points of the LED industry. At the same time, the PN junction temperature of the LED and the heat dissipation of the casing are particularly important. The greater the difference between the PN junction temperature and the lamp body temperature, the greater the thermal resistance, and then the light energy is converted into heat energy and consumed in vain, which will lead to LED damage in severe cases. A good structural engineer not only needs to consider the structure of the lamp and the thermal resistance of the LED, but also whether the shape of the lamp is reasonable, fashionable and novel, and of course reliability, maintainability and practicability. Consider from the user's point of view, and consider the product from the user's point of view.



The most common technology today is to use aluminum substrates for packaging. There are technical bottlenecks in the heat dissipation and optical conversion power of aluminum substrates, which cannot effectively control the junction temperature and stably maintain high-power light output. The higher it is, the larger the required area of the aluminum substrate will be, which will increase the cost and use volume, which is extremely inconvenient. (1) Ultra-low thermal resistance material, overall structural technology for rapid heat dissipation;


(2) High thermal conductivity and anti-UV packaging skills;


(3) Use low environmental stress construction skills;


(4) Overall thermal resistance < 20K/W, junction temperature < 80 degrees;


(5) The operating temperature of the LED light source lighting module should be controlled below 65°C.
