1. The problem of classroom lighting in primary and secondary schools in my country
At present, most of the classroom lighting in primary and secondary schools in my country uses fluorescent tubes as the light source, or directly use the "tube bracket (including electrical components) + exposed tube" method, or use the "lamp (grid lamp panel/tool)" +Fluorescent tube light source" method to complete the basic lighting of the classroom and blackboard lighting.
This type of lighting mostly has the following problems:
1) The illumination of the desks is insufficient throughout. According to the lighting survey results of 99 campus buildings in six regions of our country, the measured illuminance of classrooms is mostly between 200lx and 300lx, the uniform illuminance is 232lx, and the actual illuminance and planned illuminance are both low.
2) The uniformity of the blackboard illumination is poor. Generally, fluorescent tubes (or with reflectors) are used as blackboard lights. The upper part of the blackboard is too bright, so that students can easily distinguish the white chalk characters on the upper part of the blackboard, while the lower part is too dark and the illumination is insufficient, and students cannot see the written content. .
3) The glare is obviously easy to irritate the eyes. The general lighting of the classroom uses the lamp tube bracket + fluorescent tube method. The light source is exposed, and the students are easy to see the light source directly and the eyes are irritated. After using the grille lamp panel, it must be improved, but it still cannot be completely prevented. If the blackboard lamp directly uses fluorescent tubes, students and teachers will be affected by the glare, which will affect the learning power. If the reflector is added, although the students can prevent glare, the stimulation of the glare will be aggravated by the teachers.
4) High color temperature can easily cause visual fatigue. At present, many classrooms still use fluorescent tubes with a high color temperature of 6500K. Studies have shown that although high color temperature lighting can make people concentrate and improve alertness, long-term high color temperature lighting can easily induce visual fatigue and then mental fatigue. Therefore, the effect of long-term memory is not safe, and it may even lead to mental fatigue. Negative emotions such as anxiety and disgust occur.
2. LED eye protection blackboard light intelligent lighting system application
1) When the total luminous flux of each lamp panel of the three-dimensional lighting LED blackboard lamp panel is 3000lm, the illuminance maintenance value (maintenance coefficient is 0.8) in the student class desktop area of 0.75m horizontal plane (class desktop height) 7.0m X5.m is 336lx , Illumination uniformity can achieve 0.82. On this basis, a detailed LED lighting fixture was developed, combined with the LED eye-protecting blackboard lamp and an intelligent control system, to form an LED intelligent lighting system, and to test the installation in the classroom corresponding to the imitating scene. When the lighting system is adjusted to the normal teaching mode, the eye-protecting blackboard lamp and the LED main lighting panel will light up together, and the color temperature will be adjusted to 4000K. Consistent with the values obtained by the scene lighting simulation, the LED blackboard light intelligent lighting system can meet all the standard illuminance and uniformity requirements of classroom lighting.
