How LED classroom lights make classroom lighting more professional

Children are the flowers of the motherland. How to let the children grow up healthily is the direction we have been striving for. With the continuous advancement of science and technology, the health of children has been guaranteed. It can be said that we have made significant progress on a large scale. But in some details, we have not done well enough, and even have many shortcomings. For example, for the increasingly serious myopia problem, we seem to be "at a loss" and there is no good solution!

Myopia is an eye disease with a relatively high incidence worldwide, especially in Asia. According to incomplete statistics, myopia among adolescents is as high as 70%-85%. And in recent years, its incidence has been increasing, and the age of onset has gradually decreased. Therefore, myopia has become a serious public health disease.

Although a lot of research has been done on myopia, so far, the pathogenesis is unknown, so there is a lack of effective prevention and treatment methods. At present, it is generally believed that myopia is the result of the combined effect of genetic factors and environmental factors, among which environmental factors play an important role in the myopia of adolescents.

With the progress of industrialization and the increase of close-range work, the time that human beings are exposed to various natural and artificial light gradually increases. As the main organ that receives light information, the eye cannot avoid the influence of the light environment on it. The myopia of the eyes also reflects the body's inadaptability to the environment to some extent.

In the 1990s, through questionnaire surveys and refractive tests, scientists proposed that children younger than 2 years old would easily lead to myopia when turning on the lights to sleep at night, which has attracted a lot of attention around the world.

Subsequently, people conducted similar studies on light and myopia, but they had different results. However, for young people, one thing is certain, that is, poor light does cause students to be nearsighted.

Classroom lighting needs to use a new generation of LED light source for scientific design of lighting fixtures, such as the LED eye-protecting classroom lamp developed and produced by Benwei Lighting.
