The Ministry of Education recently issued the "Opinions on Further Doing a Good Job in the Equipment of Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools under the New Situation", pointing out that the establishment of a scientific experiment and demonstration mechanism for the introduction of new equipment and new products into schools, the technical and Products are allowed to enter the school. At the same time, when purchasing equipment, national standards or local standards should be written into bidding documents and procurement contracts to ensure the quality of equipment products and the physical and mental health of primary and secondary school students; give full play to the role of professional testing institutions to conduct random quality checks on products entering the campus to ensure safe use.


The quality of classroom lighting in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in my country has been at a relatively backward level, which is highlighted by the unreasonable LED lighting design and backward LED lighting technology in classrooms, resulting in problems such as low illuminance and illuminance uniformity, glare and flickering, which are harmful to students' eyesight. There are risks to health.


In January 2016, China Quality Certification Center issued CQC3155-2016 "Technical Specifications for Energy Conservation Certification of Lighting Products in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergarten Classrooms" (hereinafter referred to as the "Specification") to LED manufacturers, and launched the energy-saving certification for lighting products in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens. . The main users of classroom lighting products are the majority of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, and the users are minors. Aiming at the particularity of the users, while meeting the safety requirements, the requirements for health, comfort and energy saving are put forward. In order to predict the lighting effects of classroom lighting and writing board lighting, the simulation calculation of lamp lighting is also introduced.


Safety --- The products applying for certification must first pass the CCC safety certification, and the blue light to the retina must reach the non-hazardous level.


Health --- The flicker indicator must comply with the limit value of the imperceptible impact level area, which is also the current high requirement for flicker indicators in the world.


Comfort --- In order to create a comfortable and warm learning environment for students, the "Code" has also made a series of requirements:


- Illuminance and illuminance uniformity meet the requirements of the national standard;


- Glare value UGR≤16;


- Color temperature: 3500K-5000K;


- General color rendering index Ra≥80 (art classroom Ra≥90); and for LED lamps, special color rendering index R9≥50.


Energy saving---Lighting power density ≤8 (except for art classrooms, computer classrooms and electronic reading rooms), which is more stringent than the national standard requirements.


Simulation calculation of lighting fixtures---Introduced simulation calculation of lighting fixtures, which can predict the lighting effects of classroom lighting and writing board lighting in the product testing stage.
